The kids and I took a recent trip to Victoria. The highlights were panning for Gold at Ballarat, staying in the historical 'Montrose Cottage' and spending time with the Phillips' cousins. A trip to the school where Daddy grew up brought the discovery of a fantastic playground which kept the kids amused for a while. Melbourne turned on its best cold, rainy and wet weather to help remind us why we live in the Sunshine State. Visiting the country areas of Victoria often makes me wish our children could get the experience of growing up on a farm, but then I'm not quite sure I'd do very well as a Farmers wife. Animals aren't really my thing!
