Christmas Wishes

Brisbane put on beautiful Christmas weather, with cool overcast days that have made this time of year much better than normal. Our Christmas was filled with the usual - too much good food, lots of sleep and too many presents for the Children. We also ventured off to Southbank to go on my favourite tradition of the Ferris Wheel (I'm sure you all remember that final scene in Charlie) and then off to the Pancake Manor. We all enjoyed our deserts. On Christmas I made the usual Ham, but I cooked it in the Weber this year, which worked out great. We enjoyed catching up with Dans sister from Darwin and also visited friends in the days leading up to Christmas Day. We haven't done much else this week, except Eryn and I went and saw Enchanted and we all went to see Aunty Katy off at the Airport, when Lachlan requested that we visit Sir Kingsford Smith Memorial. Hopefully the cool weather will remain for a while. I am loving not having to swealter in the heat and not turning the air-con on. Merry Christmas to all!
P.S. After losing our hard drive over 3 times, and being very unreliable, our PC finally died and we were forced to buy a new laptop. It's working out great so far - except I am still learning my way around Vista.
