The kids and I spent Friday at Currumbin Bird Sanctuary. We took along my niece Gemma and had a great time. Since it was school holidays they had some extra activities which the kids loved. Lachlan especially loved rock climbing (He made it all the way to the top) and the little train that you could travel on. Eryn loved the fossil digging and also the bungy trampolining. Morgan loved and train and was also smart enough not to get pooped on by the Lorikeets during feeding time. After a great day we then decided to conquer 'Elephant Rock' which is just down the road from Currumbin. So after a day of walking and then climbing up a rock - my legs were had it!
