With family coming to visit at Easter, we were able to go together and enjoy a trip to the Zoo. I remember going when I was younger, but my kids have never been. Thanks to Dan we were able to get a private tour of the educational section of the zoo. Here we patted and saw up close an Echidna, Turtle, Wombat, Snakes, Bandicoot and Sugar Glider. The funniest was when Will was very scared of the little turtle, even though he had seen the BIG turtle earlier and not been fazed.
We saw the giraffes, elephants, bird show and seal show, munkeys and my favourite, the Penguins. It was a fun day, finished off with a ride in the skyrail around the Zoo.
