
A month ago I signed up and committed to take part in the Michelle Bridges 12 week Body Transformation Challenge. Michelle Bridges is the trainer on Biggest Loser and I have become part of her team for 12 weeks. The kick off is tomorrow, and as part of my preparation - I have committed to make my challenge known to my friends and family, so that I will stay on track and do my best. I'm hoping that this will be the motivation to help me lose all my post baby, pre baby and 'whatever other reason' weight. Michelle provides me and the other members of my team with live video messages, nutritional plans and exercise plans each week. I have to check in with her. But luckily I don't get voted off, like the normal 'BIGGEST LOSER'. I'll let you know how I go on my challenge as the weeks progress.
