Junior Masterchef is currently showing on TV, and their talent is literally amazing. I would seriously consider trading in one of my children for one of those little chefs. On the last show they had to make a famous Donna Hay cake. It looked delicious. So I gave it a go. It looked great and the kids loved it, but it was Soooooo rich. I could only eat one small piece. It was mainly because the icing/filling was a chocolate creme cheese mixture. Since the cake part was delicious, next time I'd make the cake, but leave out the creme cheese and maybe add in some cream and strawberries. Still, not bad for my first attempt.
